Wednesday, August 5: Day 54

Matthias left for LA today and I was not happy! Not only because I always miss him terribly when he goes, but I had been planning on going with him on this trip. However, we decided to save that trip money for a trip this upcoming winter when it's cold here. It's a pretty good trade-off, especially if our plans all work out the way we hope but it was still sad to drop him off, knowing I could be going with him, headed for the beach.

Picture, then, the strength it took to make it to the gym today....

It was not easy, but I went on that treadmill for the allotted time and left patting myself on the back for being a good girl.

I hate not having my husband around!!
